I'm going to travel to Jungfrau area from 02-05 Jun and buy Jungfrau Travel Pass - 3 days for 3 adults.
My question is: do I have to buy this pass in advance (online via agent like Viator) to avoid it can be sold out ? Or can I buy it at any ticket office once arriving Zurich?

I don't think they ever sell out, but since Jungfrau Railways office is at Interlaken Ost station, that would be the best place to buy it.
You can buy it at any railway station in the Jungfrau area that is staffed (Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen etc). If you buy through Viator, you get a voucher that you must redeem at one of those same stations.
