Jungfrau ski pass

I have a three day ski pass beginning 23/03/2016. The voucher says it is valid for travel by train from Interlaken Ost to my hotel in Wengen. Will I be able to use this voucher the day before on 22/03/2016 for that leg of my journey?

No. It starts on the 23rd, and they mean it. You might contact your hotel and ask if they have any deal to get you there the day before.
