Is there an all-encompassing hiking map for the Jungfrau region that I can order online? Can’t seem to find one. Or is it better to wait until you get to the region and obtain local maps.
You have to be careful with the terminology, because to the Swiss, the term “Jungfrau region” encompasses the area surrounding the Jungfrau itself, so it includes trails from Wengen and Grindelwald, but not Mürren (which is at the base of the Schilthorn). You can see what I mean on this online map:
https://jungfrauregion.swiss/en/service/operating-status/mountain-railroads/overview-map-summer.html
You can get free maps of the hiking trails around Mürren from the tourist information office which is in the Sports Center. They are fairly simple, not topo maps, but fine for most purposes. The trails are very well-signed, but syncing the signs with the map helps in case you have questions. At some intersections, the signs will point in two directions to the same place, with different hiking times. The little map will help you figure out which is the one you want.
If you want something more technical, maybe with topo lines, there are dedicated hiking maps (Wanderkarten) made by several companies, such as Kompass or Freytag. These are usually 1:25000. But I see one on Amazon that is 1:60,000, and although it is titled Jungfrau Region, it includes the Thunersee area as well as Brienzersee, which suggests to me that the Múrren side of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and Schilthorn trails are included. But that is just a guess on my part.

(Use the lower link; the top one is just a small portion of the actual link to Amazon’s page which is very very long. The “tiny url” is much better.)
Yes, arguably it does encompass all that. But the online area maps I consulted did not include the Mürren side.
Everything on the Jungfrau.ch website seems to be focused on Grindelwald and Wengen, down to the Lauterbrunnen valley floor. In other words, just the lifts included in the Jungfrau Pass, which necessarily includes Wengen, but not Mürren.
The hiking and skiing maps of the “Jungfrau region” on that website do not show the trails and ski pistes above Mürren. And my hiking maps from the Grindelwald tourist office do not show Wengen, nor do my Mürren tourist maps show Grindelwald.
I just wanted the OP to understand that if he searched online using “Jungfrau region” he may not find the map they want.
Somewhere I read that there is some kind of rivalry going on.
We always carry this one https://www.edition-mpa.ch/index.php?productId=81§ion=shop.
That is a much better choice than the one I saw on Amazon.

That is because jungfrau.ch is not the website of the Jungfrau Region. This is the website of the Jungfrau Railways Holding. So it has information on all the railway lines and cable cars it operated, and on the passes and tickets it sells.
And the CEO of the Jungfrau Railways has a long standing feud with the CEO of the Schilthorn cable car, which is the company that is dominating the Mürren side of the valley...
The official website of the Jungfrau Region is this one: https://jungfrauregion.swiss
