Hello! We will be spending two nights in Luzern soon and then heading over to Mürren for five nights.
Should we try to do Jungfraujoch on the way there? I wasn't sure about logistics and the best way to fit this into our itinerary. We'd like to do it if we can. Any wisdom is appreciated...thanks!
You don't need to do it on the way, you'll be in Muerren and it is right there. It is important to go on a good weather day, and while in Muerren, you can gauge the weather and go first thing in the morning when it looks like a clear morning.
There are cameras on the top of Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn. Honestly, there is no point of doing Jungfraujoch if the weather isn't clear. Be aware that the weather can be different at the top of each mountain. Typically, mountain weather is better in the morning.
