How about -

Milan > Varenna, Lake Como
Varenna > Tirano , Italy
Tirano = Bernina Express regional train > Pontressina
Pontressina > Berner Oberland
Berner Oberland > Lucerne
Sleep Lucerne, fly out of Zurich.

Or reverse.
Also review the posts under Switzerland. There's a wealth of info here on the Forum.

Have a wonderful time in this beautiful country. Safe Travels!

It would help if you gave us some idea of your interests. All of Switzerland is beautiful, most of it has wonderful mountains, etc. It also has great museums, Swiss cultural touchstones, wonderful historical sites. Switzerland is also quite small so getting around is easy. If Switzerland is your only focus concentrate on arriving and departing from Zurich. Plan a circuit. One could go Zurich-Luzern-Bern-Berner Oberland-west to Lausanne- back east by going to Zermatt - Take a Panorama train across the high Alps to the east via Chur and then back to Zurich. A two night stay in each place and you have filled your 14 days. Boat rides on the Lake of Luzern and Lake Zurich are both lovely and relaxing too,
