Bonjour/Gruetzi/Buongiorno,
We are staying 4 nights in Montreux. Seeing Lausanne one day and visiting Chateau de Chillon one day. Have been to Gruyere and Bern. Is Gstaad worth a visit one day? If so, do you recommend taking the train or a driver?

Gstaad itself is not really that special. But the train ride to Gstaad is. So going there spending some time, and then going back is certainly something one could do.
And yes, take the train. "Taking a driver" is a pointless waste of money.
