We are looking at primarily medical insurance (body and teeth), for care and repatriation. Senior citizens, no preexisting conditions. 3 week fall trip. Any specific suggestions beyond generalized Travelex and Travelguard?

Be aware that evacuation from the seen of an accident etc is not normally covered in Switzerland. So make sure whatever insurance you get covers the full cost of evacuation including the use of helicopters etc...
