I tried to paste in the display I'm referring to but could not.
When perusing ticket prices on SBB's website, I've seen some info just above the little ticket icon on the right side of the page when looking at specific connections between point A and point B
For example, I've seen %CHF 14.20, %CHF 5.80, %CHF 5.20
What does this mean?

Why don't you copy and paste the link to the page you're looking at, or the query you used, and maybe we can see it ourselves.
Also be aware that the posted prices on SBB are 50% below the actual price . The posted price assumes you have a half - fare card .

Notice one of the options states "from CHF 26.50"
Easy to understand what that means.
I know CHF is the currency, but it is there a meaning of the % symbol?
Looking at the SBB site , I see no indications of a percent icon ( % )
Please tell us what trip you are trying to book (origin and destination) so we can see an example of what you mean.

I just did a dummy search on the link you provided , still no indication any where of a % icon .
I think joe has it. The % indicates a discount. When I do a search for tomorrow morning, Zurich HB to Luzern, the prices are all 12.50 except for one time, 8:35, which has the % sign and a price of 11.40.
In the link in my earlier post, one needs to pick a a route and select a date in the future. Then it will show a selection of times with the prices and the "%" sign as OP noted.
Joe, thanks . I had done the search as you noted ( advance date and routing ) I was looking tor the format the OP described , and didn't see that . Trying again , when I peered more closely at the class choices , I saw the % in the upper left corner there , albeit not very visible . Not seeing the forest for the trees , it seems .
