Hello Friends.
Here is the situation. If I arrive @ 6:15 AM at Zurich airport train station , is there enough time to get through check-in, security and to the gate in time for a 10 AM departing flight? I remember having to take a shuttle from the train station and quite a bit of walking. I don't want to stress it. But I need your input to decide if this flight will work, or is too risky. Thanks so much for your time. Truly appreciated

That is almost four hours. As I remember the train station is on the lower level of the airport and you just walk upstairs. You should be fine.

From the station to the check-in desks at Zürich is 5-10 minutes walk. The station is in the underground level of the building across the street from the terminal, connected by a covered walkway. If your train arrives at 06:15, you wil be standing at the check-in desk by 06:30.

The big question is how long before your flight do you need to be at the airport? Depending on airline and destination, this could be anything from 45 minutes to 3 hours.
When finding your train, remember the station at the airport is called "Zürich Flughafen". "Zürich HB" is the station in the city centre not where you want to be.
