How to Delay use of a 15 day continuous Swiss Travel Pass?

Originally purchased 15 day continuous Swiss Travel Pass with pre-activation on Oct 7 for 15 days of use.
Problems have delayed our trip start until Oct 10 (arriving from US) but we will still need 15 days.
Can we change the activation date?
How do we do this?

I absolutely don't know, but wondering if the pass has the start date printed on it, can you return that and buy a new one with the new dates?

I guess this can happen if you get it ahead. Was it discounted, I have heard if you get it in a sale you can't return it...

good luck... Have you called to ask?

If you can cancel and refund on line and buy a new one I would. We bought a half fare card and our birthdates somehow did not get entered correctly. I emailed them and they told me to cancel and buy new cards then let them know and they would refund me less 10 CHF (or some small number). I canceled my half fare cards on line (no fee was charged) and bought new ones.

Thanks for you input.
Based on the SBB website and what Kim has offered as her experience, it appears the canceling the travel pass should work, and I will receive a refund.
I can then purchase a new one once I know exactly the dates I need.

I have gone through the process of cancelling the Swiss Travel Pass using their form.
It states it may take up to 15 days to get the refund.
Do you have any idea how long the refund took to post?
Thanks again.

Our refund of our half day pass was the same day of our repurchase of the pass per our amex statement account.
