How much time would you spend to visit St. Moritz, Samedan, and Pontersina? Simply to visit each of the towns.

A half day each. St-Moritz less time, uninspired concrete buildings.

Just to clarify, you only want to visit the towns for a few hours without an overnight stay? Depending on your interests, I'd suggest a day each as there may be some activities in each that interest you.
