We (two couples) are planning on being in Geneva for two nights in October and would like to have a room with a view of the lake. I was hoping to stay under $500 per night. Is that possible and if so, does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks.

2 couples staying in a single room? A tall order, to say the least. Even if you found something close, they will charge a premium for a lakeview room. Look at booking.com to see if you are wasting your time pursuing this.

We stayed here last August. Ask for Lake View room, great view to France and the South. Cheap - no.
