Hiking in/around Lauterbrunnenn

Greetings and salutations!
We are a couple in our early 50s with two teenage sons on our first trip to Switzerland in mid-August.
We have a day and a half in Bern and four days in Zermatt pretty well planned.
We are tackling our final four days for which we will be based in Lauterbrunnen.
We are all in good shape and excited to soak in as nature. I’m looking for recommendations for “must do” hikes (e.g. Trummelbach Falls). While I feel like we can’t go wrong in the region, I’d like to choose hikes that are as distinct as possible — say, a hike with a lot of climbing, followed by a long flattish valley hike on grassy land by streams, followed by hike that features alpine forest.

Looking for hikes that take 3-5hrs. I’m finding it tricky to do this with keywords.. we have a good guidebook but I’m almost overwhelmed!
Recommendations most gratefully accepted!
Danke schön!

We hiked on the Wengen side of the valley which was very nice, but we LOVED the North Face Trail on the Mürren side. My husband and I still talk about that hike as the highlight of our trip. Green lush fields, cow bells ringing and stunning mountain views. Absolutely loved it.

Although not in Lauterbrunnen, one of our favorite days was going to the Interlaken boat ramp to take the steamboat along the turquoise water of Lake Brienz, with gorgeous mountain views. We disembarked at the stop to go up to Giessbach Falls using the funicular, then had a lunch on the patio at the historic Grand Hotel Geissbach, with views of the falls. We were told it was a much better experience that going to Trummelbach Falls, and we were glad we followed the advice. You can read about it, as well as other area hikes on the "Alltrails" website.
