Help with Swiss Entry Form

Hey Everyone!
I'm trying to fill out the Swiss Entry Form online, and for some reason it won't accept my cell phone number. I've tried putting 011, 01, and just 1 in front of my number, and just the regular and I keep getting an error message. Any ideas?

Try a plus sign before the 1, +1, and that should do the trick. We had that problem too but figured it out by using the plus sign.
