Help with SBB app

Greetings railroad experts, I’d appreciate your help.

I’m trying to plan a trip for 08June from St Moritz (or Pontrasina) to Montreux. I found what I think to be correct but the SBB app won’t allow me to put the final leg in “My Trips.” I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I hope the connection is correct.

LV: Saint Moritz 08:51. - AR: Brig 15:40
LV: Brig 15:57 - AR; Montreux 17:16

I’m not determined to travel via the Glacier Express train but just to be able to leave Brig at a reasonable hour so as not to have a late arrival in Montreux.

Some of the features on the SBB app are only for Swiss residents as the app was designed with them in mind and not tourists. So, my guess is the “my trips” feature is one that tourists cannot use.

Is this for tickets you have purchased?

Hi Carrie,
Tickets not purchased. We’ll be using the Swiss Travel Pass. I’m trying to get my ducks in a row for train travel ahead of time. Interestingly, the St Moritz-Brig leg posted to My Trips just fine. That’s why I’m wondering if the Brig-Montreux leg I’ve chosen is wrong in some way. Thanks for responding.

Sorry, i haven't used that feature, so i can't help. I just use the app and check my train journeys in real time when i am over there.

I did find this page with some info. If you scroll down to the bottom to "do you have any questions" right under that is a link to a form you can fill out to submit a question.
