Any suggestions? I have tried at least 10 times to purchase an 8 day travel pass for the end of the month on the SBB website, but each time after I put in my credit card info, it says "payment failed". I have registered on SBB.ch, registered my credit card, called my credit card company to state I was making a foreign transaction, tried a different credit card, tried purchasing using a Mac, tried purchasing using a windows computer. No success. Any suggestions? It's been so frustrating, and I want to get the pass finalized before I leave in a few weeks.

Other options are to buy it here through our US supplier (allow a day or two for the e-pass version to arrive by email) or to buy it in person at a Swiss train station.

Use American Express. Otherwise, is there any reason you can't buy it when you get to Switzerland?

My Amex was the only card that would work. Also try chrome browser.
