Take the TGV from Paris to Switzerland. You can easily connect to Swiss trains when you arrive and use them to travel throughout Swiss. sbb.ch
You can fly out of Zurich or Geneva.

Reserved TGV trains run from Paris to several cities of Switzerland but Basel is the most common connection point, right on the border. A Swiss rail pass or Half-Fare Card kicks in from there.

Here are a few price comparisons, all in US$, all 2nd class. Kids are free with either rail pass, but not on separate TGV tickets.

Swiss Travel Pass for 4 consecutive days $272 per adult + reserved TGV ticket which can cost anywhere from $54 and up, depending on whether you book in time for their best rates (usually 3-4 months in advance), plus you pay for kids tickets on the TGV, from $43 for kids 4 or older. Total from $326 per adult and from $43 per kid. This is not the cheapest up-front purchase but probably your best total cost (including high-mountain rides).

Select Pass 2 Countries for travel 4 days within 2 months $256 per adult, plus TGV seat reservation $44 per person (or $13 if you choose a TGV to Strasbourg and extra connection from there), total $300 per adult [edit] and $44 per kid. This pass doesn't give you as much coverage of mountain lifts in your two destinations - see the list at https://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/transportation/trains/switzerland-rail-passes.

Please help to provide the approx. cost separately for the TGV and Swiss Pass/HFC.

So First I need to travel from TGV trains from Paris to Basel? How much will be the cost in US$ for 2 adult and 2 kids under 10.

Should I buy Swiss Pass and the Half-Fare card for the above trip in Basel and then switch to Swiss train. Which one is convenient for us? How much will be the cost in US$ for 2 adult and 2 kids under 10.

What should be the trip plan. How I can travel to Lucerne, Lauterbrunen, Interlaken Jungfrau from SWISS train.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to the SBB webpage, enter Basel SBB in the "From" box and the appropriate destination in the "To" box. If you especially want to travel through a particular city, you can use "Via", but you can just let the webpage offer options. Do this for each trip you plan to take.

If your travel dates are too far in the future, use closer dates on the same days of the week to find schedules and fares.

IMPORTANT: The fares shown by SBB are 1/2 the normal fare. The SBB assumes you have a half-fare card. It's important to know this so you will make the right decision about whether to buy the half-fare card, some other type of pass, or just ordinary tickets. You need to add up all the costs to find your total Swiss train expense.

The train up the Jungfraujoch may not be fully covered by some or all the Swiss passes. Check on that carefully, because it is an expensive ticket (adults CHF 94.80 one way at full fare). The half-fare card cuts the cost to CHF 47.40 one way.

Phred's link will give you more details.

As acraven suggested, you need to run the numbers to compare costs for the two passes versus point-to-point fares using Half Fare Card (including the cost of the card) for the specific trains and lifts you want to take.
