Hello! We have tried several times to purchase Swiss rail passes for an upcoming August trip to Switzerland. We can’t get our purchase completed online. We thought their system might have a glitch but we have tried several times over four or five days and still no luck. Any thoughts?

Buy the passes upon arrival here in Switzerland.
Have you tried using Trainline. I used recently for France and it was easy. You pay a very small fee, but it was worth it as SNCF was harder for me to navigate.
Buy when you arrive, except if you find a sale, which occasionally does happen. Work directly with the SBB website. I agree SNCF is difficult to use from the U.S., but in general, use the country specific website.
