I purchased my Swiss Pass on Rick's site.
But now I'm trying to get seat reservations for the Glacier Express.
How do I do that?
The DB Bahn site shows they are required but are not able to be purchased.
I'm traveling in mid June 2017

DB does not sell tickets for non-German trains.

You can book it at https://shop.glacierexpress.ch/gex_en for 33 CHF in 2nd class.

If my Swiss Pass is first class, do I have to reserve for first class also?

With a 1st-class pass, you can reserve in either class, e.g., if you find more space available. Looks like it's the same price in either. "Discount" is the spot where you say that you have the Swiss Travel Pass.
