There is no shortage of gorgeous hikes and scenery in the Bernese Oberland area. We will be spending 3 days in Interlaken and 4 days in Wengen. Other than the typical hikes in Wengen, Murren, Grindelwald, Schynigge Platte, and Niederhorn, I was also looking at Hasliberg. There is the Sonnenweg trail and Dwarf Trails (Magisalp to Bidmi and Käserstatt to Lischen). We will be with kids, so these trails seem fun and more kid-oriented. Has anyone done these hikes, and any thoughts on whether it would be worth it to spend a day in the Halisberg area? Part of me feels like there is so much to do already that going to Halisberg would be overkill. But I also think exploring as many different places in the Bernese Oberland would be cool, in case we don't get the opportunity to go back in the near future.
