Has anyone on a Ricks tour done this on their free day in Murren. If so, what company did you use, length of flight and cost.

Do you mean hang gliding or paragliding? Both are on offer in the area, but if you want to start at Mürren and float over the Lauterbrunnen Valley, I believe your only choice is paragliding.
