I have bought half price card. I will travel for Geneva airport to Chamonix on July 6 and will have half price card started by then. Will I get any discount for the bus from Geneva airport to Chamonix and the training from Chamonix to Zermatt?

No it does not cover the shuttle bus from the airport to Chamonix.
From Chamonix to Zermatt It covers you from Vallorcine to Zermatt
Vallorcine is the last town before you enter Switzerland.

You could take the train from Geneva airport to Chamonix and the Half Fare Card will cover you to Vallorcine. Takes 3 hours with a few transfers. Whether it will save you money or not I do not know,

Thanks Lola. I will complete the TMB treking and will get to visit Zermatt, Luzern, BO, and Montrenx. So excited about the trip.
