My daughter and I are traveling to Switzerland in late August. Can I purchase her half fare card on my account, or will she need her own account and do it separately? Also, can we pick up a hard copy at the ticket office outside of Zurich Flughafen and do we need a passport photo for that card, if so? Thanks, you guys are a great help.

She will need one, and you will need one, but you can of course purchase both. Get the names right.
If you buy it on line you will get an electronic pass, and there is no need, nor is there a possibility to pick up a hard copy. If you want printouts just make a couple yourself.
If you want an old fashioned paper pass wait till you are here, and get it at the airport. You will not need passport pictures in either case.
