Half Fare Card / email delivery

Hi,
I wanted to purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card for my wife and I before we leave for vacation tomorrow.
It looks like these can only be delivered via UPS / mail (?)
Does anyone know if there's an option to have these emailed to us so we can print them before we leave?
The UPS / mail option won't work, since we're boarding a plane for Italy in 14 hours.
If we dropped the ball on ordering them while home, can we still purchase in Switzerland when we arrive on August 18 (and where can we buy them, do the train / boat stations sell them)?
