Half Fare Card and Wilhelm Tell

I'm planning to utilize the half fare card while in Switzerland for 5 days this summer. I thought I understood that the half fare card would provide a discount (50% ?) on the Wilhelm Tell scenic ride. Can anybody verify this for me? Also, I would like to make reservations for the Willhem Tell, but cannot figure out the way to do that. I'd be very happy to purchase the half fare card and reserve on the Wilhelm Tell at the same time, and feel like I have that part of my trip in order. Any advice?

Also double checking, seems like the half fare card will give discounts on the mountain lifts in Berner Oberland- Gimmelwald area and the expensive Schilthorn cable car, too. Correct?

We're heading straight to Gimmelwald from France, staying three nights, then hoping to take the Wilhelm Tell to Lugano for a night and then on to Venice.

Thanks, everybody.

Yes, the Half-Fare Card provides half off the Schilthorn, Jungfraujoch, and many other lifts around the Berner Oberland. On the Jungfraubahn web site, you can click on "Discounts" to see how they are applied for the services that brand operates. '

For discounts and booking of the Wilhelm Tell Express, see this page of SBB.ch. It's not fully half off, probably because the package includes a meal and seat reservation.
