Hello - Eurail passes for family of 5 have already been purchased. We will be in Switzerland in June, 2018. We'd like to travel on Golden Pass line from Interlaken to Montreaux and on to Lausanne.
We will travel on a Saturday. We don't need to travel in the special panoramic cars.
Do we need a reservation? If so, how do we make one? Can we make the reservation in Zurich a couple days before travel?

Any station in Switzerland can make the reservation for Zweisimmen-Montreux, which is really the only leg where it's recommended (but not required). You can also do it at http://www.mob.ch/en/reservation-procedure.

Thanks Sam. We will travel on June 16. Unless advised otherwise, we will make reservations two days in advance at Zurich airport train station.
For June 16, you can see that the morning pair of trains only has 4 reservations at this point, as does the afternoon pair. The evening pair has none. So keep an eye on it. If you suddenly see reservations going up for your preferred time, you can jump on-line and make them.
