Golden Pass train tickets

I bought these tickets for Montreux to Interlaken, on the SBB site. The ticket does say "via Zweisimmen - Spiez" - which means this is the Golden Pass train, correct?

Second question: the ticket does not have any specific schedule printed on it - does this mean we can get on any of the Golden Pass trains for the day?

Third question: I am quite sure I selected seat reservations and paid money for it, but I don't see any seat assignments on this ticket. Am I missing something? Do I need to call SBB and talk to them?

Thanks much!

Swiss train tickets are generally good for any train on the route that day. However, if you paid for a seat reservation, it will be for a specific train and should show the departure time and something like "Wagen XX Sitzplatz XXX" in German or "Voiture XX Place XXX" in French. You might start by messaging them with the contact page. They are very good at getting you an answer by the next business day.
