I made seat reservations on the golden pass train at the wrong time. I need a later time train and also need 2nd class seats, not the 1st class seat I reserved. I will be using a Swiss Travel Card 2nd class pass. Is there a way to correct this?

I can’t really answer your question about changing the time, but 3 years ago we had a second class pass, and were able to pay the difference in price between first and second class reservations at the train station.
A few weeks ago, there was a reply to another question that might help you.
