Hello! Trying to decide between the Belle Époque or the Panoramic train from Montreux to Zwiesimmen. Does anyone have input about the desirability of one over the other? Thanks.

The Golden Pass train actually only began service in the late 1930's as The Golden Mountain Pullman Express. The design of the coaches was inspired by those of the Wagon Lits Company ( CIWL ) . The name " Belle Epoque " really refers to the style of the Fin de Siècle . The choice for you is whether you would like the interior eye candy in addition to the views out the window .
