we are scheduled to take gondola car up the Schilthorn and have breakfast. will the breakfast be at the Piz Gloria Restaurant at top of Schilthorn?

That's the only restaurant up there so that must be where you will eat. I was just there in Sept. and loved it. Be sure to try the mini waffles. you can see the menu here:

You are going to love this tour! When I went (2019) it was an optional activity. We were staying at Hotel Alpenruh and had the choice of eating our included breakfast at the hotel or at the top of the Schilthorn. Our guide checked with the group and found out who was interested and then bought the gondola tickets at the group pricing and we reimbursed the guide for the gondola portion of the event.
The breakfast is delicious. The views from the revolving restaurant quite stunning and the crazy James Bond stuff actually makes it fun.

Carol, I was there on a RS tour Sept 2019 but we had bad weather. Then Sept 2021 we had one great clear day, and we chose the Jungfraujoch. [The other days were very nice, but with alot of cloud cover.] Guess I need a third attempt! :)
