Is there only a certain number of seats on trains available for Global Pass Holders?
If a have a Global Pass can I take the train any time even if it is the more expensive time slot?
With a Global pass do I still pay reservation fees when booking in advance?
If I use the Global pass for a museum on a non train travel day is that considered as a day of the pass?
I am travelling in Switzerland in the middle of October. Zurich to Murren, Murren to Brig, Chur to Stein am Rhein should I make reservations 1 month in advance or can I book all legs of trip at first point of trip which would be Zurich? I know which days and times I need reservations.

I don't think there are any museum privileges with the Global Pass, You are thinking of the Swiss Travel Pass.
You do not need reservations for most swiss trains except certain tourist trains like the Glacier Express. Otherwise it is open seating.
Global Pass is not valid on trains from Interlaken Ost to Muerren, but you do get a 25% discount on tickets.
How are you getting from Brig to Chur? .
