Has anyone used their global entry pass to expedite customs in Switzerland? Just saw that Switzerland is one of the countries that is associated with global entry

The Global Entry pass nothing to do expediting arrival in other countries.
Only pertains to US airports.
Often thought the name should be changed to reflect that reality as global implies it’s universal.
It’s not.

EDIT: I got mine to expedite my returns to LAX ( or as I call it, hell on earth.)

I believe you are referring to Global Entry into the US for Swiss citizens, not Global Entry for US citizens into Switzerland.
