Glacier Express; Understanding their Website

While I wait for an answer to a question I asked the Glacier Express company, perhaps someone who is experienced riding Swiss trains can help. We want to travel the Glacier Express from Andermatt to St. Moritz in early June. On their website you can enter your start point and endpoint and reserve your seats. I entered from Andermatt to St. Moritz; you can only choose the towns the train(s) stop at so I thought I would get confirmed for the 2 trains that comprise the trip. My conformation lists only the Andermatt to Chur train, with no mention of the Chur to St. Moritz train. I think the Chur-St. Moritz train is not a Glacier Express train but if so why would that even be an option on the website?

Apparently, there are no seats available on the 3 Glacier Express trains that are through to St Moritz on your date. Those trains depart Andermatt at 12:00, 13:00 and 16:00, The 11:00 Glacier Express only goes as far as Chur, and it looks like it is the one with available seats. I am assuming this is for early June when there are seat reservations available to be booked at this time.. There are hourly regular trains from Chur to St Moritz, and that is the option they are giving you.

Without knowing the precise date and time you wish to travel, no one can confirm that.

In Switzerland reservations are for a train, and tickets are for a route. Tickets are available for any origin/destination pair in Switzerland (and neighbouring countries for that matter)/

To travel the Glacier Express you need a ticket that covers the route, and a reservation for the train you want to take. So since you want to travel Andermatt to st. Moritz you are given a ticket Andermatt to st. Moritz. But because the trip you selected involves a Glacier Express service that only goes to Chur you will travel Chur - st. Moritz on a normal service, and only have a reservation for Andermatt - Chur.
