Has anyone had problems with a seat reservation for a special train? I’m not sure if this IS a problem but I’m concerned about not getting a confirmation. Several days ago I bought 2 seats for our day of travel, received a reservation number, and the price immediately was charged to my credit card; however, I’ve received no hard copy to print out or add to my Apple wallet. Seems like I should have something to show to the conductor. Is this the usual procedure? I immediately received the info to print for my purchase of the STP.
