Glacier Express and St. Moritz

I just read many many posts about the trains and best places to spend time.
However, no one has mentioned St. Moritz. We plan to go to Switzerland in June. We will take the ride on the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz.
What do we do once we get to St. Moritz? How many nights should we stay?
Does the Swiss Rail go from St. Moritz to Zurich if we plan to fly back home out of Zurich? I am thinking St. Moritz will be our last stop on our two week trip.

This is what I am thinking of as the itinerary:
1) Fly into Zurich (stay in Zurich one night)
2) Take train to Lucerne (two nights)
3) Lucerne to Interlaken Ost via Golden Pass train
4) Stay in Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald for 4 nights (visit Murren and Schlilthorn)
5) Golden Pass from Interlaken Ost to Montreux
6) Montreux (two nights)
7) Montreux to Zermatt by train
8) Zermatt (two nights)
9) Zermatt to St. Moritz by Glacier Express
10) St. Moritz (two nights)
11) St. Moritz to Zurich (fly home)

Thoughts? I originally wanted to fit in Lugano but I am not sure now...

yes you can travel by train St Moritz to Zurich its a bit more than 3h. You will travel along the Albuna Line wich is part of the Albuna/Bernina unesco world heritage. If you realy like trains you can also do the Bernina part either there and back on the same day or one night in St Moritz and instead of the second night in St Moritz one night in Tirano and next day Tirano -Zurich.

Or you go completly crazy:

9) Glacier Express
10) One Night in St Moritz
11) St Moritz to Tirano (Bernina Express)
12) Tirano to Lugano via Bus (run by Rhätische Bahn so you can buy St.Moritz to Lugano via Tirano as one ticket)
13 Night in Lugano
14)Lugano to Zurich

Perfect. Thanks!
I was thinking of Lugano originally.
Is it worth it to stay in Montreaux or Lugano ? Which do you prefer?
Is two nights in St. Moritz all right?
