Geneva weather mid April?

Seems we could have clouds, rain, snow? Also need moderate level warm clothes? Thanks!

In April, I’d be prepared for anything—cold, rain, sun—and bring layers.

squishable layers for the carryon

I’m not quite sure what you mean by this. I check a bag and I’ll put my puffy jacket and raincoat in my checked bag. I have a nonstop flight, so I’m not too worried about lost luggage. But, I do bring a change of clothes and extra socks and underwear in my carry on bag. on the plane I wear a long sleeve shirt and my heavy fleece. I only take the pair of shoes that I wear—my brooks ghosts running shoes.

If I had a connecting flight, I would probably take the puffy coat on the plane with me. I also bring gloves and a wool ear warmer in my suitcase. If I was going in April, I would take a pair of long johns.

I’ve recently switched most of my travel shirts to these wool shirts as I find they don’t wrinkle and I can wear multiple times.

I'm not sure it that helps.

Squishable was my attempt at humor. But I also bring a puffy jacket and sometimes fleece. Thanks for the wool shirt link…great idea and can be hard to find. This trip I’m committed to only carryon luggage….worth a try! I agree about gloves and warm cap, one pair shoes…I’m a Hoka fan.
Thanks!
