Just found out we're going to be in the Geneva area in early December to hit some Christmas markets and such. Does anyone have some recommendations on a wine tour guide? I have always gotten some AMAZING recommendations here before! Do your thing travelers!

Okay so you're answer is no. I was looking for wine tours, not necessary to walk around the vineyards that time of year.

Most of the tasting rooms close after the fall harvest. What kind of a wine tour are you looking for? A wine shop in Geneva that does tastings, perhaps?

The only one I know of first hand is a 2 hour train ride away in Sion, the Celliers de Sion.

You will have to walk through the vineyards to get there from the Postbus stop. See the travel instructions in the above website. And it is open in winter as I have been there twice in January.
