Hello we will be staying in Geneva near Bains des Pâquis in early July. Do people have suggestions for restaurants near that neighborhood for when we first arrive jetlagged in the afternoon and need lunch before we can check in to our hotel?
Other ideas for dinner throughout the city? We typically like Mediterranean food, Italian, Spanish, Greek, but anything with some vegetables and salads, as well as meat and cheese. One of our party is vegan so any ideas of vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurants are welcome.
Also, with a group of 8 people-- I'm wondering if reservations are needed for either lunch or dinner. What do you recommend? Here in Boston, they sometimes charge up to $25 per person if you cancel within 24 hours or if you modify the reservation. Is that the case in Geneva?
