New traveler from US to Europe - arriving April 22 and departing May 5 through Geneva.
I want to see Scenery of Switzerland as much as possible. And then to Paris for Art & Agriculture.
I'm overwhelmed with all the decisions. Can someone recommend the must see Swiss locations, please?
I think I have a good handle on what I want to see in Paris.
You might want to start with a good guidebook, like the RS Guide to Switzerland. Also look through the Switzerland pages of the Explore Europe section. https://www.ricksteves.com/europe/switzerland
In particular, as a first timer, check the At A Glance pages for Lauterbrunnen, and perhaps Luzern.
I'm at a loss to understand what kind of Agriculture you want to experience in Paris.
It is often economical to fly into one city and out of another. "Open Jaw". Then you don't waste time going back to to the arrival city. In addition to comments made above, you might consider watching some of the Rick Steves TV episodes for Switzerland. You can find them on Amazon Prime, PBS passport, often on DVD from your library, or under the "Watch, Read, Listen" on this website.
