Look it up at www.sbb.ch
The default will be the fastest, I imagine through Olten.
To get the Golden Pass route, specify via Brunig, Spiez, and Zweisimmen.

The fastest direct train takes 2 hr 45 min. The Golden Pass route via Brienz and Zweisimmen takes about 7 hours with 4 connections, but is very popular for its scenery. This would be a good day to take advantage of Switzerland's Fast Baggage service.

I would guess the fastest route is via Zurich or Bern
