We are heading home tomorrow after two weeks of hiking. We bought three sets of adjustable hiking poles to use over here but decided not to take them home. If any fellow travelers are in Wengen tonight, you are welcome to have our hiking poles- just let us know.

How kind! Unfortunately we just missed your offer! We left Wengen yesterday, Saturday, and yes, my husband needs some poles. You might want to leave then with your hotel; our hotel had poles for people to borrow or keep that had been left by previous visitors.

Thanks for the suggestion. We ended up finding some people at the train station who were overjoyed to have them. They really help to make hikes safer and more pleasant.
