Five days from Lake Como to Zurich

Looking for the best way to spend 5 days traveling from Lake Como to Zurich. Would love to try to catch part of the Glacier Express if it is worth it.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

You could easily take the extremely-scenic Bernina and Albula railways, the latter being part of the Glacier Express route.
To do so, you would need to leave by train from Varenna (Varenna-Esino station) to Tirano at the Swiss border, then take any train towards St Moritz. No need to aim for the "Bernina Express", any regional train will do and has the same views.
I would spend 2-3 nights in the St Moritz region, preferably in Pontresina or Samedan. There are many beautiful hikes and lift-accessed viewpoints in that region.

After that, I would continue towards Chur on the Albula Railway, and change for a train towards Zürich. But instead of staying in Zürich, I would head to Luzern (this requires a change of trains, typically in Thalwil), and stay there for 2 nights.

Zürich will be one hour away by train.

Great, Lake Como is one of the most beautiful places I knon on this planet. Not really on the way but with a slight detour there is a village namend Adelboden. In this area, nature and mountains are breathtaking. To stay in a Boutique Hotel right in the Swiss Alps is a great experience as well. So you could mix lake and mountain feeling.
