While David's suggestions cover a lot of ground, it can be exhausting changing locations every two nights and weather can be fickle in the mountains so if you only have one full day in a place like Zermatt, you might miss the opportunity to see the Matterhorn or do any hiking. Ditto the Berner Oberland (Interlaken).

Train Paris to Zermatt: 3 nights. The train takes 6.5 hours, so most of the day. Leave as early as possible! Check Rick Steves' Guide for the excursions that appeal to you.

Train to Lauterbrunnen (stay in Lauterbrunnen or Murren): 3 nights. Great hiking and the possibility of the trip to the Jungfraujoch. Check the Rick Steves Guide for hikes that appeal to you. I believe there is some snowboarding here in Summer.

Train to Lucerne: 1 night (I hate one night stays but this is a better place for one night than the lovely mountain locations of Zermatt and the Lauterbrunnen Valley).

Train back to Paris, about 5 hours.

Chocolate is everywhere. I have been underwhelmed by chocolate factories so I would not build time in for this. Just eat the chocolate.
