First Flyer

Hello! I'm looking at the First Flyer zipline. Slightly confused though and wondering if anyone can help me clarify. If I'm making correct sense of it, it is as follows:

gondola from Grindelwald to First
zipline from First to Schreckfeld

1) does anyone know how to get back to First to catch the gondola back to First after doing the zipline? do you walk back? or is there some sort of shuttle or train?
2) we want to do the hike from First to Bachalpsee Lake before or afterwards. Do you need to schedule a time for the First Flyer, or just show up? when we try to book it online it just asks us to pick the date, no times. this would factor in to when we do our hike.

1/ Schreckfeld is one of the gondola stops from Grindelwald Firstbahn to First, so you can just take the gondola right there.
2/ I don't think you have to reserve a time. I would show up in the morning and ask before I go do something else.
