We will be traveling to Wengen during August for 10 days with 2 kids (2 years old and 4 years old) looking for a recommendation for an apartment with 2 separated rooms close to the train station.

During my trip September 2024, I stayed at the Chalet Gerbera in Wengen for 5 nights. There are three rental units, two of which are two bedroom. Very nice, spacious, and clean apartment with a full kitchen, living room and balcony overlooking the valley towards Lauterbrunnen. There is free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer available for a small fee. The host is very nice and helpful.
The chalet is downhill from the train station and with luggage can be a little hike but there is a taxi/transfer service in the village that the host can arrange for if needed.
I paid 200 Chf per night which I thought was very reasonable and would definitely stay there again. The only downside I have is only cash is accepted for payment so you have to plan for this. I used my atm card to make withdrawals over a couple of days and had to find a money transfer service for the down payment, I used Wise without issue.
