We would like to visit Insel Mainau from Zurich. Can we use Family 1 day travel pass for this?
If not can you please tell us what is the most economical way for this trip?

The Family 1-Day Travel Pass works anywhere in the Swiss Travel System, e.g., as far as Konstanz. Insel Mainau is a bit past the edge of that map, so you'll have to buy a ticket for the last leg. Regular fare from Zurich to Konstanz is about 24 euros each way, per adult, so the travel pass looks like a better choice if you are traveling roundtrip in one day.
