I came across in another comment that the rail between Domidossola and Milan will be under repair as of June 9. I was able to find the bus once we arrive Domodossola but I am having a hard time booking tickets on the euro train from Spiez to Domodossola. I have a eurorail pass but it doesn’t say anything about the ticket being free and that reservations have to be booked at the station. Are these trains not included in the pass? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks so much!
I would assume that a train replacement bus would be included. I notice that the buses are identified as "ECXXX" which seems to indicate they are replacements for the EC trains. EC trains require reservations in Italy, so with a Eurail Pass, you would need to purchase a seat reservation, either with the EC train or the replacement bus.
Reservations are not required on Swiss trains, so you do not need reservations for the inbound trains at Domodossola coming from Switzerland.

Can I just clarify. The euro train from spietz to Domodossola even though seat reservations are not needed do you beed to purchase the actual tickets? For some reason I can’t seem to find it included in my euro rail global pass? Or should it be?

What is your travel date?
If the train is running in Switzerland, you don't need to "book" it. You just board it and show your Eurail Pass when asked by the conductor. The only exceptions that I can think of, are the Glacier Express, the Bernina Express, the Gotthard Panorama Express, which require seat reservations (supplements really) purchased directly from the operator.
We are travelling June 11th. Interlaken to Spetz at 7:34am and need to catch the 8:05 train in Spietz to Domodossola. I booked the bus in Domodossola for 9:30 already to head to Milan to then catch the train to Venice.
For some reason I no longer see the 8:05 train on the eurail planner. But do see it on the Euro rail site and SBB.
I really appreciate your help. This is the last transportation that I need to book for our trip and it’s been the most difficult because of the rail closure.
You just get on the train at Interlaken West (from you departure time) to Spiez, then the EC train to Domodossola. Nothing more to it.
