We have purchased Eurail Global Flexipasses for four of us in Switzerland and Germany. The passes are for 1st class and we want to make advanced reservations for the legs of our trip. We have gone into the Rail Europe -- Rick Steves site, the Eurail site, and have tried the Eurail App. None of these has worked for us. They either didn't have all the cities listed (example, Grandvaux, Switzerland) or they wouldn't let us get the reservations online and said to contact their agents. We have found no way to contact the agents. Can anyone help us with a phone number for speaking to an agent and making our Eurail reservations?

If there is a way to call the and talk to a person, it is not readily apparent
good luck!
Hi,
The best way is to go through each country's railway company.
- For Germany:
https://www.bahn.com/en/view/offers/other/seat-reservation.shtml
Only works for long-distance express trains (ICE, maybe IC too), don't bother trying to reserve for shorter journeys anyway (you have first class, so less crowded)
- For Switzerland, don't reserve seats, except for special scenic trains such as Bernina or Glacier Express. First class basically guarantees you a seat already, so reservations are even less needed than in second.
You haven't told us which legs of your trip you are trying to make reservations for (where to where).
As Balso says:
1) In Germany, you can ONLY reserve seats for IC and ICE trains, not for local trains (NOT S, R, IR, IRE and private railways).
2) In Switzerland there are no reservations except the extra tourist trains (Glacier Express, Bernina Express and Golden Pass Express). These are all extra tourist train, there are normal hourly trains on the same route which do not have reservations.
