You might recall I posted several months back about how you are supposed to log all your trips on your Eurail pass, and then return it to them so they can allocate funds to the appropriate train companies. This was the lecture I got from a Swiss train conductor (who then edited my list when he didn't like the way I listed one itinerary).
I returned my pass as requested about 6 months ago and thought little of it, even though they said there would be some kind of gift as a thank you. So the other day I get a good-sized envelope from the Netherlands and it's Eurail. I expected a luggage tag or similar, but instead they sent a 4 GB flash drive that looks like the engine of a European train! How cool is that, and quite unexpected.
