I will be travelling to Switzerland and Italy for 10 days beginning next month.
Do I need to fill out the ETIAS?

No, ETIAS has been delayed until "sometime in 2027."

you will be subject to EES as you are travelling to the Schengen area. Nothing to fill in, just a large lump of patience
